PT. Binatel Prima was a metamorphosa from CV. Bina Anugerah Jaya which was established on September 7th, 1999, with core business in contractor, supplier and engineering.

PT. Binatel Prima was founded on June 22th, 2002 with espacialy focus on civil, mechanical, electrical and infrastructure for telecommunications project and construction.
